What can I shop at Oh Mama?

How will my order be delivered?
We use Royal Mail 24. This has a next working day delivery aim after dispatch, rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Delivery charges and available destinations are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return an order?
For most online purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery, then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Your rights for faulty goods are separate. Contact us with your order number for help with a return.
Do you deliver internationally?
Please check the delivery options at checkout for your address. If no option is available, contact us before ordering.
How should I care for my product?
Follow the care label and instructions supplied with your item. Contact us if you need help finding product-specific instructions.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to use the returns process.
